PHOENIX — Authorities issued a Turquoise Alert on Friday night for a missing 13-year-old girl from Waddell.
Raylynn Phillips was last seen leaving her home on foot near 182nd and West Puget avenues on Friday around 10:30 a.m.
She was last seen wearing pink pants, a long black t-shirt and carrying a brown purse with sunflowers and skulls.
Phillips is white and is 5 feet, 2 inches tall and weighs 117 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.
She suffers from a medical condition which may cause her to become lost or easily confused.
Anyone with information regarding Phillips is asked to contact 911.
Turquoise Alerts are issued when a missing person is under the age of 65, local law enforcement has exhausted all available resources, the person is believed to be in danger or in the company of someone potentially dangerous, and the circumstances surrounding the disappearance are unexplained or suspicious.
