Raylynn Phillips,13, was reported missing on Dec. 26, the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office said.

PHOENIX — A Turquoise Alert has been issued for a 13-year-old girl reported missing in Waddell, just northwest of Phoenix.

Raylynn Phillips was last seen on Dec. 26 at 10:30 a.m. near 182nd and Puget avenues in the Waddell community, according to the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office. Waddell is an unincorporated community in Maricopa County.

  • Brown eyes
  • She has braces with red and black bands on her teeth

Raylynn was last seen wearing a long-sleeved black shirt with skulls and roses, pink pajama pants, and carrying a brown purse.

The sheriff’s office said Raylynn has no history of running away from home. She also has a medical issue that requires medication.
