The NBA gives us nine games for the Dec. 27 schedule. That provides plenty of options when scanning the markets for NBA player props.

My NBA picks include Brice Sensabaugh, Andrew Wiggins, and Zion Williamson.

Prop #1: Brice Sensabaugh Under 15.5 points

-120 at bet365

Utah Jazz rookie Ace Bailey left the game against Detroit on Friday night with a hip flexor strain. He went to the bench in the first half and didn’t return.

In his place, Brice Sensabaugh got the second-half start, played a season-high 33 minutes, took a season-high 15 shots, and matched his best with 20 points.

That’s why a  9.3 points per game scorer has a point total of 15.5. However, the idea that he just takes Bailey’s production and more time equals more points is an oversimplification. In his 11 games with more than 20 minutes of playing time, Sensabaugh is averaging just 13.2 points, and some of his best games have been when Bailey plays heavy minutes as well.

A heavier workload on back-to-back games means Sensabaugh could wear down earlier than expected.

Prop #2: Andrew Wiggins Over 1.5 threes

Welcome to the showcase. The Lakers and Bucks have expressed interest in Miami’s 11-year veteran, but the Miami Heat have repeatedly said they aren’t interested in moving him. That could be code for “blow us out of the water with an offer.”

Andrew Wiggins has played 32 minutes each of the last two games and had 17 shots on Friday night, one shy of his season high. He’s also put up eight 3-point attempts in the last two games and has made 2+ treys in five of his last six outings.

Look for Miami to keep showcasing him in the game against Indiana.

Prop #3: Zion Williamson Over 5.5 rebounds

Don’t look now, but Zion Williamson has played in six straight games for the New Orleans Pelicans. That is his longest streak since 2024. While his minutes and production are down, his 5.9 rebounds per game haven’t fallen as much from his career average compared to his scoring and assist numbers.

In the last six games, he’s averaged 6.3 boards. That includes eight in Friday’s opening game of a back-to-back against the Phoenix Suns. The Suns rank second from the bottom in the NBA in defensive rebounds and third from last in defensive rebounding rate.
