A Christmas Eve shooting on Guffey Circle left a neighborhood shaken, with no serious injuries reported.
SAN ANTONIO — A man is in custody after several shots were fired in a northwest-side neighborhood on Christmas Eve, authorities said.
According to the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were called to the 13700 block Guffey Circle around 7:15 p.m., after several calls were reported for shots fired.
Deputies said one man claimed he was shot at but was not hit by the bullets. A vehicle was heavily damaged after being struck about five times, and flying debris injured the victim. One man was placed in custody.
BCSO did not say what lead up to the shooting but continues to investigate.
