IRVING, Texas — The Irving Police Department is asking the public to help locate a missing 34-year-old man, officials said.

Joseph Fowler, 34, was last seen in March 2025 near Addington Drive in Irving, the department said in a post shared to social media Monday morning.

“At this time, most investigative leads have been exhausted; however, all new leads and tips continue to be thoroughly investigated,” the department’s post read. “Recent information has prompted us to share this case in hopes that someone may have information that can help provide answers.”

Prior to going missing, Fowler was previously seen in two locations — near the intersection of North Belt Line Road and West Rochelle Road, and near the Walmart located at 4100 W Airport Freeway, officials said.

Officials described Fowley as a 6-foot-tall white man with blonde hair and blue eyes, who weighs anywhere between 160 and 225 pounds. The department added that Fowler most likely is continuing to sport a distinct, long goatee, and that he has tattoos on his left forearm and hand.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Irving Police Department at 972-273-1010 or 911, police said.
