A man was shot and killed in North Philadelphia just before 8 p.m. on Monday night, police said.
Officers responded to a reported shooting at the 3600 block of North 17th Street at 7:57 p.m., where they found a man suffering from gunshot wounds inside of a car, police said.
The unidentified man was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 8:25 p.m., police said.
No arrests or motives have been announced by police at this time, but homicide detectives are investigating the shooting.
