PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — Philadelphia police are investigating a deadly shooting in the Tioga-Nicetown section.
It happened along the 3600 block of 17th Street just before 8 p.m. Monday
Officers found a 39-year-old man shot multiple times inside a Nissan sedan.
A cluster of bullet holes could be seen in the passenger window.
Detectives have not named the victim or a possible motive.
