The NL Teachers’ Association is looking forward to working with the provincial government on promises made to address the issue of violence in schools.
President Dale Lambe says that during the election campaign the PCs promised to address that issue on two fronts.
The first is the violence they see in the classroom, as well as the online harassment that teachers can face. He says they need to focus on working with government to create policies that look at those issues.
