A new year is here, and with it many fresh aspirations for improved health. Today Apple Fitness+ has announced a variety of features to help users achieve their goals, including new multiweek programs for establishing exercise habits.

New multiweek programs and more are coming to Apple Fitness+

Last week Apple Fitness+ teased that big things are coming to the service in 2026.

Part of that might have to wait until iOS 27’s rumored ‘Health+’ upgrades. But today the company has announced several new features designed to help Fitness+ users kick off 2026 strong.

New multiweek programs are a big part of that. They help users build exercise habits and stay consistent with pre-set lineups of workouts.

Starting January 5, three new programs will launch, followed by another on January 12:

  • Make Your Fitness Comeback
  • Build a Yoga Habit in 4 Weeks
  • Back-to-Back Strength and HIIT
  • Strength Basics in 3 Weeks

You can read the full details on each program in Apple’s press release.

Additionally, Fitness+ will add new workouts featuring music from KAROL G, and in February leading up to the Super Bowl, a Bad Bunny Artist Spotlight series is coming.

Time to Walk is debuting new episodes too:

The award-winning Time to Walk series — where guests share stories, photos, and songs that shaped their lives — brings new episodes starting with actor and producer Penn Badgley; Spice Girls member, singer, songwriter, and TV personality Mel B; and actor Michelle Monaghan to follow later this year.

Fitness+ can be used by anyone with an iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV. If you own an Apple Watch or AirPods Pro 3, the service shows your personal metrics on-screen, including real-time heart rate and calories burned.

Apple Fitness+ is available for $9.99/month, or you can get it as part of the Apple One bundle.
