1. 713 at Social Beer Garden

The beloved Midtown patio bar will be celebrating 713 Day in Houston this year with a special performance from H-Town legend, DJ Michael “5000” Watts along with Charlee Brown and Vic G. The day-long event kicks off at 3 pm, and will feature drinks, food trucks, and activities for all ages. Free to attend. Patrons under 21 must be accompanied by legal guardian.

2. 713 FEST at Bayou Heights Biergarten

Bayou Heighs Biergarten is throwing down for H-Town this weekend with 713 FEST. Running from 8 pm to 1 am Sunday night, the city celebration will feature live DJ sets from Whitney Screwston and Jupiter along with flash tattoos, creative vendors, as well as signature 713 cocktail: Sittin’ Sideways, spun with vodka, absinthe, créme de violette, elderflower, and lemon. Free entrance.

Houston’s Karbach Brewery will be hosting a free 713 Day celebration this Sunday featuring a performance from the city’s own Lil Flip & Friends. Furthermore, the event will have DJs performing through the rest of the day along with Houston vendors, limited glassware, and tasty brews.

4. 713 Day Eureka Heights Brewery

Eureka Heights Brewery is doing 713 Day a day early this year, celebrating this Saturday with Lucha wrestling inside the brewery’s taproom. Doors open at noon, where the brewery will offer special 713 beers as well as a live DJ. From 7 pm, visitors can enjoy pro wrestling alongside Mexican food from Comatl. Tickets start at $30 for adults, $20 for kids.

5. 713 Day: Houston Astros vs. Texas Rangers

It’s a Lonestar State sibling rivalry this weekend as the Houston Astros take on the Texas Rangers. Support H-Town dominance at the final game of the Silver Boot Series.

6. Wild Concepts $7.13 Cocktails

Eccentric coffee and cocktail venue, WILD will be celebrating 713 Day with special, limited-time cocktails. At all locations, WILD will be serving Still Sippin with Maker’s Mark 101, Four Roses Single Barrel, and maple & bitters; as well as the Purple Rain made with Rémy Martin, butterfly pea tea, ube, coconut, clarified citrus, pineapple, and Topo Chico. Both priced at $7.13.

7. 713 Day Car Parade at Kings Best Mall

Swerve into Kings Best Mall this weekend for the 713 Day Car Parade and block party. Starting at 3 pm, the family-friendly event will feature a fleet of flashy vehicles in celebration of Houston. Free to attend. Parade starts at 4 pm.

8. 713 Day Cascarita at Pitch 25

Houston Dynamo legend and Pitch 25 founder, Brian Ching, will be on-site at Pitch 25 this weekend in celebration of its 713 Day Cascarita.

Ahead of the big day, the venue is hosting a special H-Town Celebration Sweepstakes inviting fans to enter for the chance to win exclusive team merch, tickets, signed gear, and the grand prize of a $713 gift card to the Team Store. Additionally, Dynamos have partnered with Free Walls to lead the creation of soccer-themed murals across East Downtown.

On July 13, the venue will celebrate with the unveiling of the final mural on-site. The event will also feature a vendor market and pop-up. The event is free to attend.

As one of the most unique 713 Day events in Houston, Sofar Sounds will be hosting a big band concert at an undisclosed city landmark in Downtown, Houston.

While the concert won’t reveal its location until 36 hours before the show, guests can expect to enjoy live music in an indoor setting. Alcohol will also be available on-site with purchase. Tickets priced at $23.

10. 713 Day at Axelrad

Midtown/Montrose art hangout, Axelrad, will be hosting a Houston 713 Day Celebration this Sunday with live performances from Houston artists including Grimm and Shadow across two stages, a lowrider and SLAB show, as well as DJs, vendors, food, drinks, and a photo-print pop-up. Doors open at 5 pm. Event is free to attend.

11. 713 Paw-ty at Houston Humane Society

Celebrate 713 Day with the Houston Humane Society. This Sunday, HHS is holding it down with the feline and canine crew along with a live performance from DJ Rodawg, giveaways, N/A drinks from St. Arnold’s Brewing Company, and first-time client specials.

As part of the event, the animal wellness clinic is offering $7 rabies vaccine specials as well as a $13 office visits. Plus, the clinic is offering a Buy One, Get One adoption special for shelter kittens! 10 am – 12 pm

12. Christian’s Tailgate 713 Day Specials

Go-to Houston patio bar and hamburger hangout, Christian’s Tailgate is hosting 713 Day specials through over all Houston locations this Sunday. Here, Houstonians can throw it down with $5 Orbit Shots, made with Deep Eddy Peach and Sprite with a blue sugar rim. The venues will also be screening the aforementioned Astros v. Rangers game.
