The openings of La-Z Boy Incorporated and Broadrange Logistics capped off a prolific 2025 for the industrial district at Glendale’s west end at the Loop 303 corridor.

According to the city of Glendale’s figures, five businesses moved logistics or distribution centers in the area, occupying a total of 1,461,964 square feet.

“The investment and growth we’re experiencing in Glendale continues,” Glendale Mayor Jerry P. Weiers stated in a press release. “I remember how excited we were when La-Z-Boy chose to open their first facility here. Now, seeing them expand with a second location speaks volumes about the strength of our city and the continued growth and opportunity we’re creating together.”

Two other companies, Scott’s Miracle Gro and Dollar Tree, signed leases to move in during 2025 and will begin occupancy this month.

Scott’s will take over a 724,800 square feet building in 303 Crossroads. Dollar Tree is going to Phase 2 of Park 303, a 1,259,666-square-foot behemoth.

Also, The Base industrial park opened in 2025 at Glendale’s industrial west-end. The Base’s multiple buildings comprise more than a million square feet of industrial space.

“Additionally, Glendale added a combined 603,936 square feet of industrial space in other industrial-approved areas of the city. This includes the VT101 Buildings B and C (155,830 square feet each) at the southeast corner of North Ballpark Blvd and North 99th Avenue and Orangewood Commerce Center at 6550 W. Orangewood Ave. (292,276 square feet),” stated Glendale Economic Development Communications Manager Lauren Serrato in an email.

As of December 2025, she stated, Glendale has 7,910,168 square feet of industrial space in development.

Planned industrial projects include more than 5 million square feet of development with buildings ranging from 350,000 square feet to 5,000,000 square feet.

“From this project, three industrial buildings totaling 2.1 million, are slated to deliver in the fall of 2026. Luke Logistics at Glendale Avenue and Alsup Avenue, will deliver three class A industrial buildings at more than 2.1 million square feet of space,” Serrato stated. “VT303 North at the southwest corner of Northern Avenue and Reems Road will provide a 1.1 million-square-foot building and is scheduled to break ground in January. These projects will take place near the Loop 303 area.”

Closer to Glendale Municipal Airport, Harbor Park 107 industrial building in the Glen Harbor area will offer 54,499 square feet of industrial space. The building is under construction and will deliver in the third quarter of 2026.
