Tommy Lee Jones’ daughter, Victoria Jones, reportedly slapped her husband, Navek Cejas, twice in the face which resulted in her June arrest — six months prior to her death.

The altercation took place after the couple had gotten into a heated argument over her continued drug use and drinking, according to Daily Mail.

At the time, she was charged with misdemeanor domestic battery and faced allegations of elder abuse.

The case, along with a separate drug possession case dated in April 2025, was still pending at the time of her death. Jones was scheduled to appear in court regarding the charges on Jan. 20.

Cejas, 44, did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

Jones’ body was discovered on the 14th floor at the Fairmont in San Francisco on Thursday morning. She was 34 years old.

First responders were called the swanky hotel at 2:52 a.m. that morning in response to a medical emergency, a spokesperson for the San Francisco Fire Department previously told Page Six of the scene.

“Bystanders were given instructions for CPR according to CAD records,” the rep said.

However, Victoria was found unresponsive and pronounced dead once service members arrived on the scene.
