Woman in critical condition after wrong-way crash on Northeast Side

SAN ANTONIO – A woman is in critical condition after a wrong-way driver crashed into her vehicle on the Northeast Side.

Police said the head-on collision happened just before 12:30 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of Farm-to-Market 78 and North Foster Road.

Firefighters had to cut the 21-year-old woman out of her vehicle before she was rushed to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
