Colin Seftor says:

We all know that morale at NASA (and its contractors) has taken a big hit given the massive loss of experience and expertise the agency experienced over the past year due to the forced reduction in personnel. (Yes, I know, much of the reduction came through people accepting deferred resignations. But considering the very real possibility of being fired facing those that didn’t do so, I hardly think the decisions were voluntary.) And that’s over and above the haphazard “reorganization” taking place, particularly at Goddard. (Yeah, I know, the agency is “just following the detailed plan that was already developed.” But you’ll forgive me if I think speeding things up by cramming a reorganization that was planned to take 20 years down to 6 months is a little excessive.)

But now we have one of NASA’s (and the Navy’s) finest being maliciously attacked by this administration for during his job, in his current capacity as a Senator, to speak out and hold the administration accountable to both the Constitution and the globally accepted rules of war.

You know, I really don’t think Isaacman realizes the ditch this administration has driven NASA (or any other agency that dares to, you know, do that sciency type of stuff) into. And I’m not sure he truly understands how difficult it’s going to be to pull it out of that ditch, not only because he’s now a member of the administation who drove it into that ditch, but especialy because that administration continues smearing and maligning people such as former fighter pilot, NASA astronaut, and now Senator Mark Kelly.
