As a little sister, it’s perfectly normal to feel overlooked — especially when you are part of a famous family. Serena Williams and Alexis Ohanian’s daughter Adira, though, is anything but. The adorable 2-year-old stole the show during a glam family photo, and it’s clear she doesn’t ever feel second-best.
The Reddit co-founder shared the family picture this week, taken at Williams’ older sister Venus Williams’ wedding. “Late! But Happy New Year!!” Ohanian wrote on Instagram. “This shot is from V’s wedding actually, but what a beautiful wedding and let me brag a second about our two perfect little girls AKA elite flower girls.”

In the portrait, Williams wore a pale pink corset top with black skirt and sparkly jewelry as she smiled next to her husband in a tux. Their eldest daughter Olympia, 8, looked gorgeous in a sparkly blue dress and hair in an updo as she smiled sweetly. However, all eyes were on Adira, dressed in a black-and-pink dress with stars on the tulle skirt. She clasps her hands together in her dad’s arms, smiling with her whole mouth open and both rows of teeth gleaming. It’s a moment of pure joy and happiness, and we can’t help but smile when looking at her.

As a younger sister herself, Williams does her best to make sure Adira is treated fairly. Back in April, when the 23-time Grand Slam Champion was named one of Time’s 100 Most Influential People, she told the outlet, “When Olympia tells Adira no, I’m just like, ‘Excuse me, you have to share’ because it’s triggering.”
At the same time, she never wants Olympia to feel excluded either. “I try to be less on baby, but she’s just so cute,” the Wyn Beauty founder admitted. “How do you not give her all the attention in the world? Oh my God. It’s so hard.”
With a smile like Adira’s, it’s easy to see how she got her parents wrapped around her little finger!
