The New York Lottery on Tuesday announced that one top-prize winning ticket was sold for the Jan. 3 Take 5 evening drawing.
The ticket worth $33,521 was sold at Little Lizzie’s, located at 3610 E. Tremont Ave. in the Bronx, lottery officials said.
Take 5 numbers are drawn from a field of one through 39, and drawings are televised twice daily at 2:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m.
A New York Lottery draw game prize of any amount may be claimed up to one year from the date of the drawing.
The New York Lottery continues to be North America’s largest and most profitable lottery, contributing $3.6 billion in the 2024–2025 fiscal year to benefit public schools throughout New York State.
