HOUSTON – National Bagel Day is coming up on Thursday, January 15th, and ahead of the yummy day – we’ve brought in the bagel pros from New York Deli & Coffee Shop and Bagel Shop Bakery to get some bagel 101.
These Houston favorites have been serving authentic, New York-style bagels and deli meals to several generations of the Houston community for over 50 years.
Michael Saghian, Sion Saghian, and Riana Sherman run both Houston locations – the original on Hillcroft, and the bakery on Chimney Rock in Bellaire.
