DALLAS — One person was killed during an attempted robbery near downtown Dallas, officials say.
Police responded around 10 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 6, to the 2900 block of E 11th Street, just south of downtown Dallas,
Officials on scene say tell WFAA the suspect attempted to rob the victim before shooting him.
The victim was taken to a hospital, where he later died, authorities confirm.
Shell casings were seen on the second floor of a business strip and bullet holes were also seen on the passenger side of the victim’s vehicle.
Officials on scene say there is no further suspect information available.
