The British are coming. Specifically, Mayfair hit Ambassador’s Clubhouse and Notting Hill phenomenon Straker’s, along with its internet-famous chef. Following a sold-out pop-up run at Pastis in 2024, Indian mini-chain Dishoom will be arriving as well—but the address and timeline are currently under wraps. We’ll report back once we learn more. This year’s openings are also trending in a French direction, with lots of wine and roast chicken on the horizon, and, in a move no one could have predicted, the Kisa team is launching a competitor to Golden Corral.
