Matt Duchene can add another accolade to his long list.
The Dallas Stars forward recorded his 900th career point on Wednesday in Dallas’ meeting with the Washington Capitals. Duchene was credited with a secondary assist on a Sam Steel goal in the second period.
Duchene helped set up the scoring play with a quick pass to defenseman Thomas Harley. Harley followed it up by weaving past a Washington defender before he delivered a pass to Steel in front of Capitals goalie Logan Thompson.
