Teen killed crossing West Side highway, struck by two vehicles

SAN ANTONIO – A teenage boy is dead after being hit by two cars while trying to cross the main lanes of a busy West Side highway.

The deadly accident happened around 12:30 a.m. Thursday on U.S. Highway 90 near Gunsmoke Drive.

Police said both drivers did stop to help, but the 19-year-old boy was pronounced dead at the scene.
