LEAGUE Commercial, the commercial real estate arm of Fort Worth-based LEAGUE Real Estate, has announced a strategic expansion with the appointment of Scott Lowe as managing director, a move aimed at strengthening the firm’s service to business owners, investors, and operators across North Texas, according to officials with the firm.
Lowe joins LEAGUE Commercial after serving as senior partner and associate broker at Vision Commercial, bringing decades of experience spanning entrepreneurship, investment advisory, and brokerage leadership. A licensed broker and seasoned entrepreneur, Lowe has built a career guiding clients through complex commercial real estate decisions with a focus on long-term performance and operational success.
“Commercial real estate is ultimately about helping people build something meaningful, whether that’s a business, an investment, or a legacy,” Lowe said in a statement. “LEAGUE’s culture, reputation, and commitment to service made this the right move at the right time. I’m excited to help clients make smart, long-term real estate decisions and to build a commercial platform that truly serves our growing region.”
Lowe’s background includes experience in investment sales, value-add advisory, financial planning, and business ownership. As a former coffeehouse and café owner, he brings an operator’s perspective to site selection, layout, leasing, and development, allowing him to advise clients on how real estate decisions directly impact day-to-day operations and growth. He has also served more than 100 clients as a financial planner, further strengthening his advisory skill set.
Deeply engaged in the Fort Worth business community, Lowe is active with organizations including Near Southside and NTCAR. He holds a BBA in finance from Texas A&M University.
“Scott’s reputation in the commercial arena is marked by integrity, expertise, and results,” said Matt Lewis, partner and broker at LEAGUE Real Estate. “His leadership strengthens our ability to serve clients across every real estate need, and we’re thrilled to welcome him as a partner.”
