SAN ANTONIO – A fire at the Soap Factory apartments left three vacant apartments damaged on Thursday.
The fire started around 3 p.m. and was called in by a person in the hospital across the street.
According to the San Antonio Fire Department, firefighters found a large fire on the second floor of the vacant apartment building. They were able to get the fire under control quickly, but one apartment sustained major damage and two apartments suffered moderate damage.
