SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — It’s been a big week for Grammy Award winning artist Bruno Mars.
He announced the February 27 release of his first new solo album in 9 years titled “The Romantic”, and shared the news that he will be hitting the road in support of his latest work.
One of the stops will be in San Antonio.
Mars, along with Anderson .Paak will play at The Alamodome Wednesday, September 23.
“The Romantic” will be the 4th solo album by the Hawaii native. His first was 2010’s “Doo-Wops and Hooligans”, followed in 2012 by “Unorthodox Jukebox” and 2016’s “24K Magic”.
Tickets go on sale Thursday, January 15.

Mars has two other Texas dates on his tour schedule.
Saturday, April 18 in Arlington and Wednesday, April 22 in Houston.
Mars last appeared in San Antonio in 2017 with a sold-out show at the then AT&T Center.
