Qdoba Mexican Eats recently held its grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony at 1070 White Horse Ave. in Hamilton Township, Mercer County.
The new location occupies the former site of the historic Fame Diner.
The TIG Corp. franchise group operates the Hamilton restaurant, which offers customizable burritos, burrito bowls, tacos, quesadillas, and salads. Premium toppings including hand-smashed guacamole and three-cheese queso are available at no extra charge.
The first 100 guests in line who purchased an entrée at the ribbon-cutting in mid-November received free Qdoba burritos or bowls every month for a year. The ceremony featured games, giveaways, and opportunities to meet the restaurant team.
“We are thrilled to welcome Qdoba to Hamilton and excited to see this new business bring great food and energy to our community,” Hamilton Mayor Jeff Martin said in a written statement.
Qdoba operates more than 750 locations across the United States and Canada. There are 27 Qdoba locations in New Jersey.
