SCOTTSDALE, AZ (AZFamily) — A student was hit by a vehicle outside of a high school in Scottsdale early Friday morning.
First responders were called to Murray Lane and Miller Road, in front of Coronado High School, around 7:30 a.m.
Scottsdale Fire confirmed a teenage girl was hit by a vehicle. She was taken to a hospital trauma center in stable condition.
Police told Arizona’s Family that the driver of the involved vehicle did remain at the scene, and the student was in a marked crosswalk when she was hit. They also added that speed and impairment are not believed to be a factor.
