EXCLUSIVE: Gersh has hired senior agent April Tombs as a partner and Head of Global Branding and Endorsements, also announcing four promotions within the department.

Tombs brings more than two decades of experience as a leading branding and endorsements agent. She began her career at ICM, building a strong foundation in talent representation and brand partnerships, before continuing her career at UTA for 10 years. After more than 20 years at global agencies, she launched her own consulting company, Archer, in partnership with the UK-based management firm YMU, advising talent on strategic branding and endorsement opportunities.

Tombs’ appointment comes as Gersh continues to expand the scope and scale of its branding and endorsements group, which has become an increasingly integral part of the agency’s client strategy across both entertainment and sports.

Gersh’s promotees include Ben Atkins (to Vice President, Conventions), Dominique Koski (to Agent, Branding and Endorsements), as well as Abigail Stark and Tiara Fielding (to Coordinator).

Gersh’s new VP, Conventions Atkins was promoted to agent after joining Gersh as a coordinator in the Global Branding & Conventions department in 2022. He began his entertainment career at ICM Partners and before that worked as a consultant in Canadian politics, serving on campaign leadership teams for multiple cabinet ministers and high-ranking officials.

Koski has most recently been a coordinator and assistant in Gersh’s Branding and Endorsements group, having previously worked in the agency’s Talent department. Prior to Gersh, she worked at Artist and Brand, Innovative Artists, the Sundance Film Festival, and SCAD Savannah Film Festival.

Notable clients supported by Gersh recently in the Branding and Endorsements group include Jacob Elordi (Bottega Veneta, Cartier), Chase Infiniti (Louis Vuitton), Drew Starkey (Loewe, Yves Saint Laurent Beauty), Sarah Pidgeon (Chanel), and Spike Lee (Fiat, Armani, Timberland), among others.
