Former radio personality, Sarah Pepper returns to Texas to emcee 2026 Chevron Houston Marathon

  • January 10, 2026

Houston, Texas – Houston welcomed back a familiar voice, Sarah Pepper, to take on emcee duties for the 2026 Chevron Houston Marathon. It’s one of Pepper’s favorite traditions and an event she has long held close to her heart.

Pepper, spent years connecting with Houston listeners on airwaves so she always carves out time for the city that still feels like home. Marathon weekend is filled with stories of perseverance and Pepper herself is inspiring which only adds to the electric energy.

Beyond the microphone, life has been joyful. Her daughter, Parker will turn 7 soon and is already making waves as a member of her school’s wrestling team. The recent holiday season also brought good news to the Pepper family, as cancer became a ruled out diagnosis for her Mother.

It’s always a heartfelt homecoming when Sarah Pepper visits Houston; fueled by gratitude, resilience, and a city that will always welcome her with open arms (and jogging feet).
