SAN ANTONIO – A woman has died after being struck by a train on the South Side.
The incident occurred near S Brazos Street and Kemper Street around 2 p.m.

According to the San Antonio Police Department, the woman was walking on the side of the tracks when the train conductor saw her. They began the train horn to alert the woman, but she did not move away from the tracks and was struck.
