We have a correction to a story we aired earlier this week. On Monday Jan. 5, we ran a story about a man who was robbed of valuable Pokémon cards in the underground parking lot of a West Los Angeles card store.
We showed a surveillance image and surveillance video of two males, and reported that the victim had identified those two individuals to Los Angeles police as the people who robbed him.
The LAPD detective on the case now tells us there is no evidence to suggest those two individuals are connected to the robbery. The detective says police will continue to pursue all leads and investigate all possibilities.
