SAN ANTONIO – The community is paying tribute to Camila Olmos, a local teen who disappeared and was later found dead by suicide, with a new mural just north of downtown.
The mural features a familiar image of Olmos smiling, serving as a poignant reminder of the silent battle she faced. After a nearly week-long search, authorities discovered her body just hundreds of yards from her home, where she was last seen.
The mural aims to raise awareness of the hidden struggles of mental health and highlights available resources for help.
