SAN ANTONIO — A woman was hospitalized after police say a dispute between siblings over funeral arrangements turned violent on the city’s East Side.
Police were called around 8:15 p.m. Saturday to a home in the 500 block of Rotary near Monson Street.
Officers on scene said a brother and sister were arguing over funeral arrangements leading up to the stabbing.
The 37-year-old female victim was transported to a local hospital in stable condition with wounds to her upper body.
The 44-year-old male suspect was detained.
