One person died in southern Dallas on Sunday after their vehicle hit a pole, police said.
DALLAS — One person died on Sunday after their car left the roadway and crashed into a pole, officials said.
Officers responded around 5:52 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 11, in the 8200 block of Clark Road, the Dallas Police Department said in a press release.
Investigators found that a car left the roadway, hit a pole, and caught fire, the release states. The driver died at the scene, police said.
The incident is under investigation.
