The Sault Ste. Marie YMCA invites members, volunteers, donors, and community partners to attend its annual general meeting on Wednesday, Jan. 28

The AGM is a governance meeting that provides an opportunity to reflect on the past year, review organizational performance, and look ahead to the future of the YMCA in Sault Ste. Marie.

 

Community members are encouraged to attend to learn more about the YMCA’s impact and strategic direction.

Agenda items will include:

  • Welcome

  • Chairs’ report

  • Chief Executive Officer’s report

  • Election of directors

  • Presentation of the annual audited financial statements

  • Recognition and thanks

“The Annual General Meeting is an important opportunity to share our progress, recognize the contributions of our staff and volunteers, and reaffirm our commitment to the community we serve,” said Board C0-Chair Chris Graham.

The meeting is from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. at the Ronald A. Irwin Civic Centre, 99 Foster Dr. in the Russ Ramsay Room.
