The St. Louis Cardinals Caravan will make its annual stop in Jefferson City this Friday.
The program is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. at the Missouri Farm Bureau Center.
Four current Cardinal players — Ivan Herrera, Matthew Liberatore, Brycen Mautz and Quinn Mathews — are scheduled to attend.
Hererra, a catcher, is going into his fifth season with the Cardinals. He played 107 games last season, hitting .284 with 19 home runs and 66 RBI.
Liberatore was 8-12 with a 4.21 ERA in 29 starts last season in his first full year as a starter and his fourth with the Cardinals. Last week, the left-hander and the Cardinals avoided arbitration when he agreed to a one-year contract for a reported $2.26 million.
Mautz, a left-handed pitcher, is entering his fourth season with the organization. He was 8-3 with a 2,98 ERA in 25 starts last season for the Double-A Springfield Cardinals in 2025. Mautz is the 23rd-ranked prospect in the Cardinals system by MLB.com.
Mathews, also a left-handed pitcher, has spent two seasons in the Cardinals minor-league system. Mathews played with three teams last season, combining for a 4-7 record and a 3.73 ERA in 24 starts. He is the fifth-ranked prospect in the system.
Al Hrabosky and Bernard Gilkey are Cardinals alumni scheduled to be in attendance.
Cardinals radio broadcaster John Rooney is scheduled to emcee the event.
