Jan.12, 2026 – (SAN ANTONIO) CPS Energy invites customers and community members to participate in a tele-town hall on Tuesday, Jan.13, 2026, from 7 to 8 p.m. The event offers an opportunity for the community to hear directly from CPS Energy leadership and share feedback on how the utility is planning for San Antonio’s energy future. 

During the tele-town hall, participants will receive updates on CPS Energy’s strategic initiatives, including Vision 2027 and Horizon 2050, both of which guide the utility’s approach to meet the evolving needs of the community. CPS Energy leaders will also discuss current efforts to strengthen reliability, advance cleaner energy goals, and support customers through available assistance programs. 

Customers will have the opportunity to ask questions, share comments, and provide real-time feedback during the event. The tele-town hall will be accessible online, by phone, and via CPS Energy’s Facebook page, with options to participate in English or Spanish. Customers may also receive a live phone call on the day of the event inviting them to join. 

A recording of the town hall will be available on the CPS Energy website following the event for those unable to attend live. Community members may also share feedback at any time by emailing [email protected] .
