The Eagles’ offensive line dealt with injuries and ineffectiveness throughout the entire 2025 NFL season. As the team left the locker room after losing to the 49ers in the Wild Card round, Landon Dickerson spoke to reporters about the pain he was playing through all season.

Dickerson didn’t detail all the issues he was dealing with, but said it was “a lot” and ultimately was “shitty” to have to endure.

The 27-year-old guard kept suiting up each week because he didn’t want to let his teammates down. Dickerson also revealed that he’s not sure if he’ll require offseason surgery, and in one of the more depressing quotes to come out of the post-game, admitted he doesn’t know if he’ll be able to return to full health.

E.J. Smith of PHLY Sports reported that when asked if he’ll make a full recovery, Dickerson said, “If I had that answer, I’d feel a lot better.”

Given his injury history coming out of college, and the long seasons he’s endured in Philly, being able to keep him healthy is going to be a factor moving forward.

There are more questions about the offensive line this offseason than the Eagles have had to deal with in a long time — Can Landon Dickerson and Cam Jurgens get healthy? Is Lane Johnson coming back, and can he get healthy? Is Tyler Steen still the guy at right guard? Can the group return to the top of the league?

Dickerson, for his part, didn’t offer much hope for what the future holds and walked out of the locker room on Sunday night with a big bag of ice on his leg.
