Tickets for Boston Red Sox home opener go on sale Thursday

MANCHESTER, N.H. —

Boston Red Sox fans can buy tickets this week for the home opener.

Tickets go on sale Thursday at 10 a.m.

The Red Sox will host the San Diego Padres at Fenway Park on Friday, April 3. First pitch is scheduled for 2:10 p.m.

Boston opens the season on the road against the Cincinnati Reds at Great American Ball Park on Thursday, March 26.
