Jacob is described as a 35-year-old male Hispanic adult, 5’07”, 165 lbs., black curly hair, and brown eyes with scabs on his forehead. He was last seen wearing a black shirt and black pants.
Joseph has medical and mental conditions. His family is concerned for his well-being and is asking for the public’s help.
