TEMPE, Ariz. – There is currently a large law enforcement presence at a gas station in the East Valley.

Video taken by SkyFOX shows the situation unfolding in the area of Baseline Road and Priest Drive, near the Tempe – Guadalupe border. An armored vehicle was seen in the area.
