The Los Angeles Police Department is investigating after a woman said she and her dog were forced into a car in the Hollywood area.
The woman told police she was walking her dog at around 5 a.m. on Wednesday when a man grabbed her and her dog and forced them into his car.
Both the woman and the dog were able to escape a short while later. She called the police and shared a description of the man’s car and his license plate.
Officers quickly tracked and located the car and took the man into custody.
