SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – If you’re feeling overwhelmed, drained, or even stressed, you may be dealing with burnout.

It’s a form of exhaustion where you feel like you have nothing left to give.

Michele Thorpe, a psychiatric nurse practitioner with Avera Behavioral Health in Aberdeen, explains some examples of burnout as well as what happens if you leave it untreated.
