PHILADELPHIA — Police say a family argument turned deadly in Southwest Philadelphia early Friday morning.
It happened just before 4 a.m. on the 5600 block of Ridgeway Avenue.
According to officials, a 34-year-old man was fatally shot by his 24-year-old nephew after a fight between the two.
The suspect then ran to his mother’s house, where police were called and took him into custody.
Police say a crowbar was found next to the uncle’s body.
Police have not released their identities.
No charges have been filed.
The incident remains under investigation.
