Studio Ghibli’s PONYO, a new exhibition by The Academy Museum of Motion Pictures, will open in Los Angeles in February 2026. The 11-month installation will “celebrate Studio Ghibli and the many elements of the traditional hand-drawn animation processes used throughout the film Ponyo (2008),” the official website reads.
