PHOENIX (AZFamily) — A man is seriously hurt after a shooting in west Phoenix Friday night.
Just before 11 p.m., officers responded to reports of gunfire near 25th Avenue and Hazelwood Street, just south of Camelback Road, according to Phoenix police.

When they arrived, they found a man who had been shot. Paramedics took him to a nearby hospital with life‑threatening injuries.
Detectives have shut down the area as the investigation is ongoing. No information about possible suspects have been released at this time.
