The project’s cost increased by approximately $1,000 since its initial estimate due to the imposition of tariffs. A US Justice Systems Grant (USGS) is expected to partially offset the cost of the upgrade, contributing approximately $9,950 to the project.
The motion to approve the camera system upgrade was made by Commissioner McElhany and seconded by Commissioner Gabel, passing unanimously.
