Connection to Prior Homicide Investigations
Fort Worth police records indicate the murder charges are connected to investigations into two fatal shootings that occurred in north Fort Worth in November 2025.
Police previously reported that one victim was found shot to death in the early morning hours at an apartment complex on Augusta Lane near Interstate 35W. At the time, officers stated the victim may have been involved in vehicle break-ins and said no suspects had been identified during the initial investigation.
A second fatal shooting occurred later that month in the parking lot of Flips Patio Grill on Western Center Boulevard. Police reported the victim was shot after leaving the restaurant and later died from his injuries at a nearby hospital.
Authorities have not publicly released detailed probable cause narratives outlining the evidence supporting the murder charges.
Investigation Ongoing
The Fort Worth Police Department has not announced whether additional arrests are expected or when the brothers are scheduled to make their first court appearances. The investigation remains ongoing.
