GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) – The Green Bay men saw their five game winning streak snapped by Oakland on Sunday afternoon, 88-63.
Second chance points played a key role in the defeat as the Grizzlies hauled in 18 offensive rebounds.
Taburu Naivalurua led the way for the Grizzlies with 26 points and 10 boards in the win.
Sophomore Ramel Bethea continues to show progress, and led Green Bay with 11 points. He was the only member of the Phoenix to crack double figures in the defeat.
Green Bay hits the road this week at Youngstown State and Robert Morris.
