- Unlike Tuesday, Wednesday’s storms have less wind damage with them and a higher chance of causing flooding. The National Weather Service has put us in a level three out of four for flooding.
- The highest risk areas are Philadelphia and south, including South Jersey, Delaware, and parts of Delaware and Chester counties.
