Recently released court documents said the driver of a stolen water tanker truck was high on drugs and drunk during a Phoenix-area chase on Friday. Investigators said 29-year-old Juan Magdaleno admitted to drinking shots of Jack Daniels and doing crystal meth before trying to evade troopers on the Interstate 10 freeway. After the truck broke down, troopers said he threw up before being arrested. Stephanie Duprey has more on the chase.
